Japan Flower Vase

It is wall flower vase using Japan, which is a traditional Japanese craft. This is a collaboration with Shitsugei Yoshikawa. The expression of gold leaf and silver leaf falling from the top of the elongated plate is a landscape where fragments of light are falling, and it is also the light that points to ikebana. 日本の伝統工芸である漆を用いた一輪挿しです。富山県高岡市の蒔絵師、漆芸吉川とのコラボです。細長いプレートの上部から金箔や銀箔が降ってきた表現は光のカケラが落ちてきているような風景でもあり、生け花に指す光でもあります。近年使われにくくなった漆の技術を現代のプロダクトへと昇華しました。
